Do what makes you simile

Keeping your mind in a positive place isn’t only extraordinary for your mental health, but it helps you to be aware of more positive opportunities that come your way.
Something I started taking very seriously early on was the commitment to catching negative thought forms as they arose in my mind space. I knew I didn’t always have control of my surroundings, but I did have control to the way I reacted to them. And I knew that in order for me to recognize when a synchronistic opportunity popped into my field , I needed to be in the right headspace to recieve it. Not thinking about all the ways this or that probably wasn’t directed at me or the implications of how I’d probably fail or “what gives me the right to do that, I don’t know anything about that.” etc.

Keeping a positive mindset by thinking about things that make you smile also pulls like a magnet more joyous opportunities to experience the things you think about into your reality since what you focus on becomes what you experience.

And if you find yourself sad, or mad or in any displeasing emotional thought loop, learn some tools on how to channel and dispel that emotion, feel it until it’s gone and then see how quick you can get back on that happy horse without judgement to or at yourself.
