Gerhard Weber details the orgonomic theory of cloud formation and his own ocular-based cloudbusting techniques – from Journal of Borderland Research (Vol. 37, No. 1, September & October 1981)

I have done this, but in a slightly different way. I learned to imagine light emanating from my eyes, and making a cross hatch pattern in the cloud I observed. And it is easy for anyone to do.  I shared that simple technique with others, who also easily affected the clouds .. Sometime the clouds simply disappear, and sometimes they moved quickly, like waves on the ocean, and formed larger clouds.
