Try this trick and feel your urge to drink dissipate within just a few minutes. This technique is a WONDERFUL and effective tool to combat stress, anxiety, fear, and many more ill-feeling things that may be effecting your day-to-day function and quality of life. In this series, I show you general examples of tapping for common issues (I do encourage you to replace any words or pronouns I use with more specific ones that resonate with you).
