The very thing I’ve spent my lifetime running away from. That’s me coming home. So every time you reach for a phone, for a cigaret, you want to speak to somebody, Anything, anything this desperate need to escape our pain to run, to look at social media. It’s all a distraction. And that’s one of my biggest learnings in the world is the word distraction that saved me and I no longer need to be served by that distraction.
I think for anyone on the path of discovering their purpose, you you have to connect to your pain to really, truly know yourself and realize that your pain is not a sabertooth tiger. It’s not going to eat you. It doesn’t exist. And it’s finding comfort with that. And I honestly believe from my own journey in life, you cannot go and seek and hunt for your purpose because that’s almost like a distraction in itself.
You have to you have to come home to you.Â
