Saw Arcturian and it said they were ‘sidlings’ with Sirian. The Arcturian said he was rewiring my brain and those who gave permission, to be able to accept the downloading. I felt excited and glad for this. Then I felt other energies that weren’t feeling good, so I closed down the portal.
