This website, OurLightNet, is the membership platform for LightNet.  You have been given access to this site because you are a member of a Season 3 Curiosity Lab.

We will eventually open up this site to all LightNet members.

Until then, please manage your membership accounts, subscriptions, or orders through https://lightnet.org.

LightNet and OurLightNet are two separate websites with two different account systems.  We’re sorry for the confusion or any challenge.

You needed to reset you password on OurLightNet (this website) because we created your user account based on your email and the most secure way for you to set a password is for you to do it yourself.

Resetting your password on OurLightNet.org does not reset your password on LightNet.org.

We’re sorry that you’re experiencing a technical challenge with the website.  We’re in BETA development, which means we’re building this together and there might be some growing issues.

It’s helpful for us to know the URL of the page and to have a screenshot of what you’re seeing, but they’re not necessary to start the conversation.

You may have submitted a resource to LightNet through Bublup. 

OurLightNet is slowly importing data starting with resource from Season 1 and 2. 

We will eventually bring in all the resources into OurLightNet so that you can manage them here.

It may take a few weeks for all the resources to be imported. Thank you for your patience.

You may have submitted a contact report to LightNet through a web form like TypeForm.
