Cause Chaos

If you’ve ever attended a spoon bending class with lightNet you’ll know that this isn’t a joke, even if its funny, causing chaos is one of the most efficient  ways I’ve noticed on being able to get myself out of my head. Jumping around in a group while we scream in excitement really works, and here’s some examples of chaos you could cause during a spoon bending party hosted by you or friends:

– Put on loud music you CAN’T HELP but dance to!
– Congratulate each other pre-maturely on bending their spoons! Do this exuberantly while jumping up and down.
– Start saying silly stuff out loud and try to get other members of your party to laugh.

Etc! I’m sure you can come up with other ways. But these will do for now!
