I think these are all just clues and and don’t judge yourself too harshly to see what what’s arising and just it doesn’t have to be hot. It can just be warm. Just follow the warmth, and sometimes you’ll have moments of that heat that seems like perfection, but I think people know it. If you give yourself enough space to just know that it’s not an end all be all that you just you try things out and see.
