Day one, during the meditation journeying out of the solar system, my mind wandered off to a client I saw earlier that day who was in so much pain and dysfunction, then back to the meditation as I was looking at a semi transparent luminous mantis being showed up in my mind, waving me codes and frequencies in how to help with the healing.
