Valiant Thor is the Supreme Commander of all Pleiadean armed forces. Val and his entourage lived in the Pentagon between 1958-1960, and negotiated a technology exchange treaty with President Dwight Eisenhower. According to Colonel Corso of “The Day After Roswell” fame, subsequent Administrations decided they “didn’t need” the technology.
